Sandra Jones founded Gentle Hands Staffing with one simple mission: to care for others the way she would care for her own family.
OUR EXPERIENCE
With over 20 years of experience in the home health industry, Sandra has dedicated her life to serving elderly patients with dignity, patience, and heartfelt compassion.
She began her journey working with another home health company, where she spent several years learning the depth
of responsibility and empathy this field requires. But she
knew her calling was bigger than just working within
someone else's vision - she wanted to build something
of her own.
OUR FOUNDATION
In 2000, Sandra founded Confident Home Health Care, a
company she successfully operated for more than two decades. Through that business, she cared for countless families, built lasting relationships within the community, and established a reputation rooted in trust, reliability, and genuine kindness.
In 2021, she stepped into a new chapter and launched Gentle Hands Staffing — a reflection of her continued growth, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to service. Gentle Hands Staffing
was created to provide dependable, compassionate care for elderly clients who deserve not only assistance, but companionship, respect, and peace of mind.
